* Participants will be expected to perform manual labor; lifting & transporting of heavy materials, repetitive tamping, etc. will be done throughout the day.  It is essential for potential participants to understand that while we will employ safety measures, and use the strengths of the group  to avoid injury, this will still be a workout!   If you are interested in this workshop but do not feel that you can do the physical labor, please consider sending someone who can learn and bring the information back to you. This is an educational course taught by professionals, and we ask that potential participants are able to commit to the entire day.
