I never back down from a challenge. And one of my favorite things about being an architect is designing a structure with a very tight budget. Some of my favorite clients have been the ones who want their own space but also want the bare minimum and need to spend the least amount of money possible. It’s like solving a very challenging puzzle.
After working with one particular client in Berkeley County, S.C., I decided that creating stock plans for customers and builders would be a relatively affordable solution.
