I don’t like being a debbie downer, but the “natural building” industry unfortunately has set up a lot of unrealistic expectations for consumers. They’ve been fed this pipe dream that if they scrape together salvageable materials and build with mud, they can build a home for $20,000 or less. Or something like that. Does this ring a bell?
