This commercial project located on 22 acres includes three buildings + infrastructure. The focus was on a holistic master site planning integrated with permaculture principles & wetland preservation. Low-carbon building solutions include rammed earth, compressed earth blocks, natural finishes, captured rain-water systems, plant-filtration septic system, vegetated roof systems, passive solar & cooling.

This brewery expansion includes a Tap Room, a brewery and bottling area, office space, and ample outdoor dining. We can’t wait to raise a toast here, cheers!
